電容值隨頻率變化

我想寫一個隨時間變化電容值也會改變
所以在ADS中將電容寫成一個equation --> C=C0+dC*sin(2*pi*freq*time), freq設為1kHz
time 是tranisent 時間
但在跑ADS模擬tran 時, tran 時間從0跑到17ms
模擬時視窗會出現
Warning detected by hpeesofsim during circuit set  up
The time dependence of parameter in device 'C' is not supported.
The simulation result may be  inaccurate.
不知道如何解決這個問題
