超紧凑通用偏振X波段单元 高性能有源相控阵雷达

本文介绍了高性能的设计用于可拼接双线性的X波段天线阵列,圆极化有源相控阵天线。 4x4单元结构被建成并与最先进的集成符合有源相控阵阵列的T / R模块。采用穿透补丁增加极化纯度同时保持高带宽。 天线馈有四个探头实现平衡差分馈电网络以便在相对之间产生180°的相位延迟探针。 这提供了高偏振纯度同时保持对圆极化进行正交馈电的能力。使用未校准模式的初步结果显示有希望基于超紧凑相控阵架构的用于圆形和线性偏振的有源阵列的潜在实现。
