CST2013只要电脑掉线就license警告

CST2013跑仿真的时候，如果电脑断网，CST就拒绝继续跑仿真，跳出一个窗口如附图。
只要连上网，就会自动继续跑仿真。请问大家又遇到过这个问题吗?系统Win7 64位， CST2013 SP3按照流程安装的。以前安装2011等没遇到过类似问题。
跳出窗口的内容：
License lost
Communication with the license server has been interrupted.
Applicationwill automatically continue when the license server becoms available.
Alternatively, you can save projects and exit.
Additonal advice:
The application will attempt to restart the local license service.
If the User Account Control dialog ask you to allow "CST Settings" to run,
