the license server manager has not been started yet, the wrong port@host or license file is being used, or the port or hsotname in the license file has been changed. (error code=-15)
请确认
1.是否安装了微软的 net framework套件
2.是否关闭了 电脑的防火墙，彻底光比
3.是否在整个 安装过程中无 杀毒软件，360等在工作中。
