@nsys V14 bugs on windows 7 64-bit computer

If your computer is connect to netwok service, the bugs happen ！
When you use Ansys CFX simulation, you can not launch CFX - Pre and the program stuck there,
A simple method for it is:
Before you do this operation, shut down the network connection, then do it. After CFX - Pre launched,
connect to network and everything is good now.
Same for CFX - Post ！
