hfss仿真

我昨天刚学习用hfss仿真，进行同轴线模型确认时，出现了这样的错误：
invalid part name:valid characters are letters,number,underscores.
unable to save current mesh data for simulation:setup1
simulation completed with execution error on server:local machine.
请各位大侠指点下，我的错误错在哪，该怎样修改，先谢谢了。

检查下的文件名字或命名
是不支持中文之类的

我后来改了，但
unable to save current mesh data for simulation:setup1
simulation completed with execution error on server:local machine.
这两个问题还在，我是一步一步按教材上来的，应该不会错的。
