Fowler-Nordheim Diode Model, Level 2

The syntax for a Level 2 Fowler-Nordheim diode model is:

.MODEL modelname D LEVEL=2 [model_parameter=val] ...

modelname is the name for used by diode instances to refer to this .MODEL statement. LEVEL=2 is required to select the Fowler-Nordheim diode model.
