When reporting difficulties, it is extremely helpful to include specific information about what steps were taken or what stages the simulation reached. This allows more rapid and effective debugging. Please provide the following information when you contact us:

• Your name and affiliation

• The type of hardware and operating system you are using

• The exact wording of any messages that appeared on the screen

• Serial number, version number, and the name of your Ansoft software

• A full description the operation you were performing when the problem occurred
