data bank header.
The entries f1, f2, ... represent frequencies.
The indexing system in the form above identifies the matrix elements
of the network parameters at each sweep point. Depending on the format
that is used, the matrix coefficients a and b are magnitude
and phase (in degrees) or real and imaginary components of the data
type that is specified by the code.
