Coaxial Cable Netlist Format

The netlist syntax for a coaxial cable, partially filled with reference is:

Axxxx n1 n2 n3 n4 COMPONENT=coax_cable_partfilled
+ DI=val DO=val P=val ER1=val ER2=val
+ TAND1=val TAND2=val THETA=val RB=val

n1 and n2 are the nodes attached to the cable. n3 and n4 are the reference nodes. The entry COMPONENT=coax_cable_partfilled is required.
