Import DXF/GDSII Data

In this dialog box all layers which are available in the DXF or GDSII file are listed. Use the elevation and thickness settings to create the stack-up information which is appropriate for the technology used.

DXF/GDSII Layer

The layer name as defined in the file. If the check box is not marked, this layer will not be imported.

Material

The material name which should be used for this layer.

Elevation

The offset in z/w-direction.

Thickness

The thickness of this layer.

Etch factor

The etch factor of this layer. If this value is set to zero, no etching is applied (which is equivalent to an infinite etch factor).

Modify layers

Select All: Press this button to mark all layers as used for the import.

Select None: All layers are deselected.

Copy Layer: Copies the layer which is currently selected.

Delete Layer: Deletes the selected layer.

Technology file

Import...: Load the stack-up information from a technology file. The present stack-up information is deleted.

Export...: Save the current stack-up information to a technology file.

OK

Imports the DXF or GDSII file with specified stackup.

Cancel

Closes this dialog box without performing any further action.
