How to Create a Support Account

You can create an online Support Account by yourself following the step-by-step instruction below.

To setup the account choose File: Help Support Account Settings in the CST STUDIO SUITE and select Create New Account in the pop-up window. Alternatively, you may visit the Support website and follow the link 'Create new account'.

 

A browser window will open and you will be prompted to enter your account information, to register for FAQs, and to accept the individual password use agreement. In the last step you get a summary of the support account information.

 

Please note: The first step is skipped [Step 1 (of 5)], because the Customer-ID and the Host-ID is taken automatically from the license information.

 

 

Finally, your account has been created successfully and needs to be confirmed by the CST Support team. As soon as your data has been verified, you will get a notification email. Before this notification you won't be able to log in to the online Support web site.
