Getting More Out of Help

Here are some tips on how to find and display information when using the HTML Help Viewer:

• Click on the blue-colored, underlined words, such as Using the HTML Help Viewer, to jump to a hyper-linked topic, Web page, or program.

• If you are viewing content from the Web in the Topic pane, you can click Stop or Refresh on the Options menu to interrupt a download or refresh a Web page.

• If you use a particular help topic often, you can add it to your favorites list.

• Right-click items listed in the Contents tab or Topic pane for shortcut menu commands.

• If graphics fail to display properly, you may have to clear your Internet cache. You can access your Internet settings by selecting Internet Options from the Designer Help menu. If cache memory is limited, you may need to reload graphics for some online help pages by selecting Refresh from the Options menu.
