Netlist Format

An instance of a rectangular waveguide, TE10 mode has the following netlist syntax:

Axxx n1 n2 [A=val] [B=val] [P=val] COMPONENT=rectangular_waveguide SUBSTRATE=substrate_name

n1 and n2 arethe nodes attached to the open stub. The entry COMPONENT=rectangular_waveguide identifies the element.

The SUBSTRATE=substrate_name is the rectangular waveguide substrate model name selected for the design (see Selecting a Rectangular Waveguide Substrate for details.

where RWG1, the selected layout technology or substrate type, has a definition such as:

Notes

1. .The program considers only the dominant TE10 mode, which has a cut-off wavelength of kc =2a, where a is the greater inside dimension.
