Netlist Syntax

The syntax for a LEVEL 62 MOSFET model is:

.MODEL modelname NMOS LEVEL=62 [parameter=val] ...

or

.MODEL modelname PMOS LEVEL=62 [parameter=val] ...

modelname is the name used by MOSFET instances to refer to this .MODEL statement. The LEVEL=62 entry selects the RPI AIM-SPICE MOS16 Polysilicon thin-film transistor (Poly-Si TFT) MOSFET model.
