Zooming Out

To shrink the contents in the view window:

1. Change the view of the model to 3D: On the EM Design menu, click 3D Viewer.

2. On the View menu, click Zoom Out. The cursor changes to a magnifying glass.

3. The mouse is attached to a rectangle that grows as you move it. The size of the rectangle represents the size of the zoomed out view relative to the current view. Complete the rectangle by moving and releasing the mouse.

The view is reduced so that the geometry that was in the window now fits an area the size of the selected rectangle.

The absolute size of the model does not change.

4. To end Zoom mode, deselect Zoom Out on the View menu.
