   Zooming In       


Zooming In

To magnify (zoom in) the contents in the view window:

1. Change the view of the model to 3D: On the EM Design menu, click 3D Viewer.

2. On the View menu, click Zoom In.

3. Click on one corner of the area to be magnified. The mouse is attached to a rectangle that grows as you move it. Complete the rectangle by moving and releasing the mouse.

The view is magnified so that the geometry in the selected rectangle now fills the window.

The absolute size of the model does not change.

4. To end Zoom mode, deselect Zoom In on the View menu.
