Changing the Layer Attributes

The 3D Viewer’s Layer Attributes options enable you to toggle the object’s signal or other layers between wireframe display and shaded solid display. You may also choose to display the dielectric layers as wireframes. Select from the following commands on the shortcut menu:

Layer Attributes > Wireframe Signal	Displays all signal layers as wireframe outlines.
Layer Attributes > Wireframe Others	Displays all layers other than signal layers as wireframe outlines.
Layer Attributes > Draw Dielectric	Displays all dielectric layers as wireframe outlines.

Note Designer will automatically wireframe the signal layers in the 3D view if you overlay currents. You can un-wireframe if you choose. When the currents overlay is removed, the wireframing reverts back to the last user setting. For more information see Creating 3D Rectangular Plots and Creating 3D Polar Plots.
