The Search Tab

The Search tab in the Project Manager window of the Designer Desktop allows you to enter full or partial names of components and search for them. This can be useful if you know some part of the name of the component you want to find.

You can select a component from the search results panel and then use the Insert button to place them in the schematic. Or you can simply select and drag a component from the search Results list directly to a schematic.
